As founder of MUJO, Douglas studied mechanical engineering at Imperial College London. Despite being told that it was impossible, he invented and perfected the revolutionary moving axis cam at the heart of MUJO technology after deciding there must be a better way to exercise muscles and joints over their full range of motion. Geri joined MUJO following eight years in investment banking to coordinate and drive the team to deliver the MUJO vision. Geri brings a focus on operational excellence, and a wealth of international business experience having worked with government institutions and corporates across EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS regions. Geri holds a combined Finance and Commerce degree with Chinese language from the University of Sydney and previously worked on the trading floors of both RBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Sydney and London.Profile
Anindita is an angel investor, who originally invested in MUJO in 2012. She read law at the University of Oxford and worked in the city before moving into industry, first as EMEA Counsel for $1bn construction and engineering company, and then as General Counsel of a healthcare data, software and analytics business. She holds a number of roles with early-stage businesses and charities, focusing on governance, problem-solving and stakeholder relations.Profile
Alison is a Professor of Musculoskeletal Biodynamics in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London, where she manages the Human Performance Group. She trained as a physiotherapist at King's College Hospital qualifying in 1989 and then went on to study Biomedical Engineering at Surrey University which led to a PhD project in spinal mechanics and lower back pain at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School. Alison's research focuses on mechanism of injury, effect of injury on function and injury management.
Jeff is MUJO's Quality Representative, working closely with the team to ensure all internal processes meet with relevant regulatory requirements for an EU-registered medical device manufacturer. Jeff maintains MUJO's Quality Management System while providing support and guidance in compiling the company medical device Technical File. Jeff has a long background in medical device software quality assurance throughout Europe and advises on issues including data protection, storage and security, software development processes and user terms and conditions.Profile
